How many homes / properties have you sold throughout your
career?
Do you have an aggressive, proactive advertising and
marketing program?
Do you have a professional, thorough staff that will ensure
not even the smallest detail is overlooked?
How many referrals do you receive per (week, month, year)?
What methods will you use to be ensure potential buyers
have 24 hour access to my property?
Once you have, and are satisfied with the answers to the
question above you will be well on your way to a successful
