I am originally from the Maine sea coast and after a few stops
along the way moved to Mendon in 1998. My wife Lisa, a
Clarendon native, and I have been involved in investment real
estate since 2000, when we bought our first property. For over
twenty years I enjoyed a career in manufacturing and quality
engineering. I earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the
University of Maine and have enjoyed working at GE here in
Rutland Vermont and Durham North Carolina and at Ford in
Dearborn and GKN Automotive in Sanford, North Carolina. I love
watching home improvement shows like “This Old House” but much
prefer a hammer or paintbrush in hand. Lisa and I have spread
hundreds of gallons of paint in the past 10 years, installed
dozens of replacement windows, new kitchen cabinets, flooring,
and remodeled bathrooms. We have enjoyed the satisfaction of
creating homes in which we would be proud to live in every
apartment unit.
When not working, I enjoy being at camp in Maine with family,
four wheeling, boating, cooking on the grill, and camp fires
with my bride.
I look forward to applying my background in Engineering and
Property Management with my passion for real estate to help
customers effectively market their property, find that perfect
home or pursue a dream of owning an investment property or
